Is it traditional to only give wedding favours to the female guests?
What kind of favours have you received in the past?
I would like to give each female guest something unsual, rather than sweeties in a bag, simply because I'll try to eat the sweeties before the guests have time to take them away! However, everyone I've spoken to has said that people tend to forget them. I have seen some nice things such as candles, compact mirrors and nice soaps etc for reasonable prices. Ideally I would given all female guests something personal but then I wouldn't want squabbles about who had a better gift!
